• Access is personal, non-transferable and limited to the enrolled participant.
• Recording access, where offered, is available for a limited period.
• Sessions may be rescheduled; participants will be notified by email.

Participant responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration details.
• Do not record, copy, resell or redistribute programme material.
• Make your own decisions and seek registered professional advice where needed.

All frameworks, worksheets, templates, slides and written material remain the property of DrShubh. Happy Investing™ and related marks are used as brand identifiers.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of the website or programme material is limited to the programme fee paid. No liability is accepted for market losses or decisions taken by participants.

Termination

Access may be withdrawn without refund in cases of material breach, including unauthorised sharing of programme content or abusive conduct.
